ChuoLink1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply to your use of ChuoLink CSCA Prep, run by Africa Chuolink Limited (“ChuoLink”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the website and study app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About ChuoLink CSCA Prep
ChuoLink CSCA Prep helps students prepare for the CSCA Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry papers with short lessons, practice questions, timed mock tests, a study plan and an AI study assistant. Depending on your package, it may also include an online seminar, subject guidance, a registration walkthrough, a setup check, a score review and passport application support.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one time code. Keep your phone secure, because anyone with access to it may be able to sign in to your account.
- Give your real name and a phone number you own.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share it or sell access to it.
- If you are under 18, use the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Packages and prices
Prices are in Tanzanian shillings and are shown on our website.

No package includes the CSCA exam fee. You register and pay the exam fee yourself on csca.cn.
5. Payments
- Every package is paid in full before it opens.
- The Mock tests package is bought only on our website, by mobile money.
- The CSCA package and the Full package can be paid on our website by mobile money, or in cash at a ChuoLink seminar.
- Every payment receives a numbered receipt. Keep it, because you will need it for any refund request.
- Before you pay on the website, you will see a summary of your order. You can change or cancel it at that point. Paying confirms that you agree to these terms.
- If you pay in cash at a seminar, your package opens when you sign up with the phone number you gave at payment. If it has not opened within 24 hours of signing up, contact us with your receipt number.
- The price is fixed once you have paid, even if our prices change later.
- You can move from Mock tests to the CSCA package by paying the difference of TZS 50,000 while your access is still active.
6. Access to mock tests
Your access to paid mock tests ends three months after the CSCA sitting you registered for. After that, your account keeps free features only. For the December 2026 sitting on 19 and 20 December, access ends on 20 March 2027. Your end date is shown in your Settings and in your payment confirmation.
If the CSCA organisers move or cancel your sitting, your package carries over to the next sitting at no cost. If you miss a live seminar, you will receive the recording or a place in the next online session.
7. Refund policy
Refunds are given in two cases only.

If you paid more than 30 days before your sitting and are affected by the same fault, you will not receive a refund. Your package will carry over to the next sitting instead.
Payments are not refunded for any other reason, including a change of mind, a missed seminar, an exam result, or an account suspended for sharing. Government fees paid on your behalf for a passport application are paid to the government and cannot be refunded by ChuoLink.
How to request a refund
- Send your request on WhatsApp to 0785 459 479 or by email to info@chuolink.com, with your receipt number and the phone number that paid.
- We will check your payment and reply within 3 working days.
- An approved refund is paid to the mobile money number that made the payment within 7 working days of approval.
- Cash paid at a seminar is refunded by mobile money to the number registered at payment. We do not refund in cash.
8. Using the platform fairly
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, share or publish our lessons, questions or mock tests outside your own study.
- Use automated tools to download or scrape content.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.
- Use the platform, the AI assistant or our support channels to harass anyone or for anything unlawful.
9. Educational content and exam disclaimer
- ChuoLink is independent of the CSCA and the China Scholarship Council. We are not an official exam provider and we do not register students for the exam.
- Our lessons and questions are written by ChuoLink to the published syllabus topics. They are not past or leaked exam papers.
- Mock test scores and readiness figures are ChuoLink estimates to guide your study. They do not predict or guarantee your real CSCA score, a university place or a scholarship.
- Exam dates, rules and requirements are set by the exam organisers and universities. Always confirm them from official sources.
10. ChuoLink AI study assistant
The AI assistant is a study aid. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Do not rely on it alone for important decisions about exams, applications, payments or deadlines. Confirm with our team.
11. Intellectual property
All lessons, questions, explanations, designs, mascots and the ChuoLink name and logo belong to Africa Chuolink Limited or are used with permission. Your package gives you a personal right to use them for your own study only. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a fault on our side affects you close to your exam, the refund policy in section 7 applies.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ChuoLink is not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed admission or scholarship, that arise from using the platform. Where we are responsible, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Tanzanian law.
14. Suspending or ending your access
You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing an account or paid content. A suspended account is not refunded. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you why first.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Tanzania will have jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you inside the app if a change is important. A change does not affect a package you have already paid for. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
